Our services include:-

  • Establish and operate from a bank account in the name of the Owners Corporation
  • Reconcile bank statements monthly
  • Pay Tax invoices on behalf of the Owners Corporation
  • Issue and bank Owners Corporation fee notices by post or email (quarterly, 6 monthly or annually) and collect member contributions and special levies
  • Maintain all financial records in accordance with requirements of the Act
  • Prepare and submit the Annual budget and financial statements
  • Provide financial statements to the Committee at meetings
  • Provide Arrears lists to the Committee at meetings; and
  • Pursue overdue fees up to and including the Final Fee Notice
